For some CE, Windows Mobile, and Smartphone users we have found that in some rares cases you may not be able to enter the CorePlayer Mobile serial number when prompted to when you first start it. Below is a method to manually enter the serial number.

1 - Goto www.resco.net and download the trial version of Resco Explorer 2007
2 - Install it on your device
3 - Start Resco Explorer 2007
4 - Goto \Application Data\CorePlayer\config.xml
5 - In the second line of config.xml it contains <CONFIG Serial="xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx" enter the new serial number we sent you and replace xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx with it.
6 - Save the file
7 - Start CorePlayer Mobile
