How do I find my HotSync or Device ID?

PALM USERS: To locate your HotSync ID:

- From your applications launcher, tap on the HotSync icon.
- On the new screen, the name on the upper right corner is your HotSync ID.

The HotSync ID is case, space and punctuation-sensitive, so please enter it exactly as it appears on your device. If required to generate your activation code, an incorrectly entered HotSync ID may cause receiving a code that will not work.
